**After completion of HKCA Advanced Diploma in Hotel Culinary Management, students can articulate to the final year of bachelor degree programme.

    The course includes over 1,100 kitchen hours over a 3-year period and 1 internship period.

Tuition Fee:

Year 1 & 2 (HKCA):
  • $7200 per instalment (total 13 instalment).
  • Miscellaneous Fee: Year 1 - HK$4000 (Includes Chef Uniform x 2, Apron x 1, Plaid Pants x 1, 1 set of Cutlery & Utensils, Insurances, Notes, Recipes & Ingredients)

  Year 3 (University of Derby, UK):

  • GBP 12500 per year.

Entry Requirements:

  • F.5 or S.6 graduate, or other candidates with combined equivalent education and training experience. (Interview required.)
  • English language proficiency of TOEFL iBT 61 or IELTS 5.0 or OOPT 50+ or equivalent
  • Promote to Year 3 (University of Derby, UK):
    -- Pass the Advanced Diploma
    -- English language proficiency of IELTS 5.5

Award & Assessment:

  • Upon completion of all the modules successfully, students will receive an Advanced Diploma in Hotel Culinary Management from Hong Kong Culinary Academy.
  • Attendance: A minimum attendance of 90% is required.
  • Students can also entry into the final year of a degree programme in UK.
