Year 3

  1. Rooms Division Operations Management
  2. The Contemporary Hospitality Industry
  3. Menu Planning and Product Development
  4. Work-based Experience

Entry Requirements:

  • English Language Proficiency requirement: IELTS 4.5 OR DSE 2.0, and either
    - BTEC Diploma on Level 3 or equivalent or above, or
    - HKDSE graduates or other vocational qualifications on Level 3 or equivalent or above.

Award & Assessment:

  • Upon successful completion of all modules, students will be awarded the BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hospitality Management. For those students who do not pass every module but who attain the minimum number of credits, the BTEC Certificate in Hospitality Management may be awarded. Both qualifications are attainable at pass, merit and distinction levels. 

Tuition Fee:

The tuition fees for this programme are payable in 3 years:
Year 1: $50400
Year 2: $43200
Year 3: $45000

  • Upon receipt of the application form in person or online, all applicants will be notified by email regarding the date of an interview. Applicants are required to bring along all relevant original academic and work experience documents for the interview. Upon successful application, applicants will be given an offer letter stating the payment date for the Acceptance Fee and Miscellaneous Fee.
  • The application fee for admission is $200 and payable at the time of application. This application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

    Students who require a student visa to study in Hong Kong will be notified separately upon payment of the Acceptance Fee and Miscellaneous Fee.
