  2. Intermediate Starter and Main Course
  3. Basic Italian Cookery
  4. Basic French Cookery
  5. Japanese Cuisine
  6. Cantonese Cuisine
  7. Basic Pastry
  8. Food Safety, business startup, costing and management
  9. Internship - 3 months


Instruction Medium: English (with French Terminology)

Maximum Students: 22

Entry Requirements:

  • Completed F.3 or above.

Award & Assessment:

  • Upon completion of all nine modules successfully, students will receive a Summer Diploma in Culinary Arts from Hong Kong Culinary Academy. Award will be received within 3 months.
    Attendance: A minimum attendance of 85% per module is required.
