Introduction:
This course is to provide basic information and most importantly, the tactic in starting up a Food and Beverage Business.
Student can learn the basic skills and knowledge to carry out duties in bar operation and management, and learn and practice various basic bar service procedures. Student can also learn the use of Food Hygiene and basic spirit knowledge, etc.
Students can enhances their chances to successfully becoming a bartender.
