Instructor:
Chef Luisa Dalla Chiesa is one of the chef instructors at our school. She teaches with great charisma and professionalism. She has a comprehensive knowledge in pastry and savoury.
Graduated in Culinary Arts, she specialized in European Cuisine and Management of Bars and Restaurants.
She has been in the F&B industry for over ten years. She has worked as a Head Chef in Brazil in Italian and Brazilian restaurants, Chef Consultant, Private Chef, Catering Services and as a Culinary Instructor.
She's currently living in Hong Kong since 2018, working in different places such as Black Sheep Restaurants, Louise (Michelin Star restaurant) and others.
