    All recipes are purely plant based and explained in detail by a professional western chef.

  • Barley Risotto with Two Bell Pepper Sauce

  • Red and White Cabbage Salad with Raisins and Walnuts

  • Vegetable Terrine with Herb Avocado Sauce

  • Italian Vegetable Minestrone

  • Humus and Babaganush with Pita Bread

  • Vegetable Skewer on Saffron Pilaff and Raw Tomato Sauce

  • Citrus Fruit Salad with Endives
  • Basil and Avocado Pizza

  • Pineapple with Ginger and Mint

  • Tomato Tatar

  • Cauliflower and Potato Curry

Course Arrangement: 3 hours per lesson, total 6 lessons.

  • Students who achieve a minimum attendance of 75% may apply for "Attendance Certificate in Basic Vegan Cookery".  Award will be issued within 3 months.
