Introduction:

  • A course designed to delight the palate and body as you are introduced to a wide range of ingredients and recipes that are not only delicious and easy to prepare, but wholesome and nourishing!  Interaction with our experienced professional chef provides additional tips and tricks on the art of cooking during each lesson.  

Content:

  • Lentil and carrot soup with bergamot oil / Summer tomato and carrot salad with pumpkin seeds and balsamic
  • Italian spring bean and herb salad / Minestrone and orzo soup
  • Peruvian prawn and quinoa salad / Asparagus salad with poached egg
  • “Green” fritters with tzatziki / Hummus, Baba ganoush and pita bread
  • Wholesome greens with Japanese ginger dressing / Chicken soba noodle salad with sesame dressing
  • Nicoise salad with tuna and boiled egg / Poached herb chicken with tarragon sauce
  • Duck and pearl barley “one pot meal” / Broad bean soup
  • Banana oat cake with strawberry soup and sour cream / Yoghurt panna cotta with berry compote
 

Course Arrangement: 3 hours per lesson, total 8 lessons.
Make-up classes are allowed but subject to prior approval, validity of proof of absence and availibility.
Make-up classes do not count as attendances.
