Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.

Location:

Introduction:

  • Student can learn the basic skills and knowledge to carry out duties in bar operation and management, and learn and practice various basic bar service procedures. Student can also learn the use of Food Hygiene and basic spirit knowledge, etc.
  • Students can enhances their chances to successfully becoming a bartender, and prepare for further study in bartending.

Content:

  • History of cocktail, equipments, spirits, liqueur, aperitif, making of cocktail,cocktail demonstration.

Instructor:

  • Mr. Wong has more than 10 years experiences on culinary, cocktails, and red/white wines.

Course Arrangement:

  • 4 lessons, 2.5 hours per lesson
  • Medium of Instruction: English for English Speakers or Cantonese Supplemented with English Terminology
  • Maximum no. 24
  • Assessments: Not Applicable
  • Awards: "Attendance Certificate in Basic Bartender" (Attendance: 75% or above)  Award will be issued within 3 months.
