Student can learn the basic skills and knowledge to carry out duties in bar operation and management, and learn and practice various basic bar service procedures. Student can also learn the use of Food Hygiene and basic spirit knowledge, etc.
Students can enhances their chances to successfully becoming a bartender, and prepare for further study in bartending.
Content:
History of cocktail, equipments, spirits, liqueur, aperitif, making of cocktail,cocktail demonstration.
Instructor:
Mr. Wong has more than 10 years experiences on culinary, cocktails, and red/white wines.
